Website Terms

Effective July 29, 2026

These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SanctuaryTB.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Sanctuary Principal Advisory LLC (“Sanctuary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site provides general information about Sanctuary and executive risk-management concepts. Site content is not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, investment, cybersecurity, investigative, emergency, public-relations, medical, or other regulated or professional advice. It is not a recommendation concerning any specific person, company, event, transaction, control, vendor, or course of action.

You should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding your particular circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on information presented on the Site.

2. No advisory or client relationship

Contacting Sanctuary does not create an engagement.

Visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry, sending an email, or participating in an introductory conversation does not create an advisory, fiduciary, confidential, professional, or client relationship with Sanctuary.

Any engagement must be established through a separate written agreement signed by Sanctuary and the client. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning services provided under that agreement, the signed client agreement controls for those services.

3. No confidential submissions

The public inquiry form and general email address are not secure client portals. Do not send confidential, legally privileged, regulated, security-sensitive, health, financial-account, government-identification, password, authentication, or other highly sensitive information through the Site.

Information you send before a written engagement is in place may be used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, but submission does not obligate Sanctuary to treat the information as client confidential or to accept an engagement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. No emergency or incident response

Sanctuary does not provide emergency or incident-response services through the Site. Do not use the Site to report an active emergency, imminent threat, suspected crime, cybersecurity incident, safety event, or urgent legal, financial, medical, or operational matter. Contact the appropriate emergency authority or qualified professional directly.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful, legitimate informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful information;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
  • Probe, scan, test, disrupt, overload, or circumvent Site security or operation;
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated spam, or harmful material;
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract Site content or data except as permitted by law and applicable technical instructions;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • Use the Site or its content to compete unlawfully with Sanctuary or infringe Sanctuary’s rights.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access presents legal, operational, or security risk.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, design, graphics, imagery, marks, logos, arrangement, and original materials—are owned by Sanctuary or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Sanctuary grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for your internal informational and legitimate business purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

“Sanctuary Principal Advisory,” “Sanctuary Executive,” “Protect What You’ve Built,” and related names, marks, and branding are the property of Sanctuary Principal Advisory LLC. No license to use them is granted by your access to the Site.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but business risks, laws, technology, standards, and circumstances change. Site content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

8. Third-party resources

The Site may refer or link to third-party websites, resources, or professionals for convenience. Sanctuary does not control, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party resources is governed by their terms and is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Site content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sanctuary disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and security.

Sanctuary does not warrant or guarantee any particular business, financial, operational, legal, security, reputational, or other outcome from using or relying on the Site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanctuary and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Site after revised Terms are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site, except that a separately signed agreement may govern a specific engagement.
